Always friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Both Dr. Bradshaw and every hygienist go above and beyond with customer service!
Can't say enough things about these nice people. I have anxiety in certain situations, and being at the dentist is one of them. These kind folks make me feel so comfortable and relaxed and the heated neck wrap helps so much. I'm using Invisalign and will soon have beautiful straight teeth. Thank you Dr. Bradshaw and staff for making me feel comfortable and giving me the teeth I've always wanted but didn't think I would ever have.
Everyone was super friendly and took great care of me and my children. There were some HUGE fears from my littlest one going into the appointment, but by the time it was his turn, he was more than ready to go because everyone was so patient and did a great job of explaining exactly what was going to happen. We are so very happy to have found Dr. Bradshaw and his staff!
I have been going to Heritage Family Dentistry for many years and have been very pleased. Would recommend them to anyone. The people are great and it is a very clean office. Top notch.
I don't mind going to the dentist when it's Dr Bradshaw. His office runs on time and I always know what's next in terms of treatment and costs. The receptionist, Brandi is the most knowledgeable and resourceful. And they serve beverages 😷
I hate going to the dentist’s office. I have for over 25 years. I would rather be attacked by a swarm of caffeinated spider monkeys with forks than go to the dentist’s office for any reason. There are some pretty messed up incidents in my past with dentist’s that have left me scarred (literally) and afraid.
