I am so grateful for Dr. Rice and her team!! I was not an existing patient of Dr. Rice's, but am new to the area and called her office for help when I was experiencing some pain in my mouth. They squeezed me in for a quick exam on a day that Dr. Rice was not even supposed to be seeing patients. Finding all new doctors can be such a stressful part of moving, and I am so happy to have found such an amazing and compassionate dentistry team!
I must say, never will you find a better group of professionals in any establishment. They are always pleasant, warm, friendly and make me feel like they appreciate me choosing their office for my dental well being. I love each visit. Thank you Dr. Rice, Elaine and the entire staff for being so great!
We loved our visit to Dr. Rice’s office. Everyone was attentive and respectful during the whole visit. They explained everything about my daughter’s treatment thoroughly. She felt very comfortable. I am glad that we chose their practice.
The office staff is rude! Don’t waste your time. They conveniently gave my children’s appointments away 5 days before we were scheduled to be there because I didn't have the paper work completed an entire 5 days before the appointment. The policy isn’t mentioned anywhere on the website which leads me to believe it’s selective enforcement. Not to mention Kelly canceled my appt the day of to go to a pre planned convention. When Dr. Rice first suggested a sleep study, I will admit that I wasn’t sure this was what I needed. After almost 6 years of wearing a sleep appliance I couldn’t be happier. I wake up rested without the morning headaches that were a part of my day before this appliance. My wife sleeps better because I am not keeping her awake with my snoring. Thank you Dr. Rice for all you do to help keep your patients healthy.
