I have had a lot of dental experiences over my years with some in depth procedures done. I am new to East Tennessee and a new patient here. This is by far the best dentist experience I have ever had. Rachel (the hygienist) was so compassionate, gentle, and caring throughout my X-rays and cleaning. She even used the pediatric XR device for my tiny mouth which made my XR experience so much more pleasant. Wonderful dental practice! Every one is very kind. Rachel my hygienist was awesome!!! She is very knowledgeable & took the time to explain everything she was doing & why she was doing it. Rachel made sure I was comfortable & was gentle throughtout the entire process of x-rays & cleaning my teeth.
Great service!! Really took care of me and made me feel comfortable and at ease foe the procedure I had done. ALSO, I love how they break everything down and educate you on what exactly they can do and what it will cost. Very confident I am getting great care!! Highly recommend!
I absolutely love the people here. They are totally welcoming and very efficient. My father’s dental practice was in this same building from the mid 60’s to the early 80’s. Dr.Patel and staff showed great reverence for dad. The experience today blew my mind. If you want the absolute best Fountain City Smiles is the dental practice for you!!!
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Fountain City Smiles. The staff was super friendly and very thorough with all the procedure they were doing. Dr. Patel was very insightful and i am looking forward to having him as my dentist for years to come.
