My appt at Hilltop Dental yesterday was on an emergency basis. I was able to get an appt on the same day that I called. I was seen within minutes of arriving at the office and my situation was rectified within a short period of time. As always, Dr. Day and the others in the office were nothing but professional and accomodating. My situation was clearly explained to me....my questions were answered.... and I was given pertinent information and options available to me if more work on my crown is needed in the future.
Here's what I said to Dr. Scelfo yesterday. I was always terrified of snakes, high bridges and dentists. Because of Dr. Scelfo and his great staff, I am no longer so afraid of dentists. You always receive excellent care and a warm welcome and smile. Thank you so much.
Cleaning and x-rays went very well. Done quickly and efficiently. Saw the Dr Scelfo with no waiting. Entire appointment went smoothly.
I like Hilltop Dental Studio. It is a modern, state-of-the-art facility. The office staff are professional, cordial, courteous, and accommodating to my needs, both for scheduled dental hygiene or general dentistry visits and unscheduled, emergency repairs.
