great job cleaning and polishing my teeth. Enjoyed visiting with Dr. S as he reviewed the results of my visit.The office did contact me 3 times to confirm the same appointment - including by email which I had previously responded, (unnecessary).

Excellent customer service, Dr Day even took time to call and follow up. However, I'm still having pain in the area and I'm now unable to chew my food.

The dental work is great Dr Day is terrific, his front desk staff is not as professional as it has been in the past, long story short I was being called and being told I had forgot my appt and where was I as Dr Day worked on my teeth. I had arrived at 920 for a 940 appt and when I walked in and took a seat and sit right across from her she never acknowledged me being there as she was in discussion with another patient that was upset about her appt time not being what she thought it was.Her excuse was that the staff had whisk... read more
