Each and every time I have an appointment or even speak with someone on the phone I get treated in a way that I’ve never experienced at other dentists. Despite the chaos of temporary quarters during a protracted remodel, Dr Kennedy and his staff kept on smiling and delivered their usual outstanding service.
Dr Kennedy and the entire staff provide professional and thoughtful treatment. Things are explained well and technology is used to maximize the quality of my care and my comfort. The positive, relaxed atmosphere makes even complicated treatments seem less overwhelming.
.....and that's not something I would typically think of when talking about a dentist. Being a fairly anxious patient, Dr. Kennedy's office has always put me at ease, no matter what the procedure - teeth cleaning, fillings, or talking about the possibility of my teeth/gums needing more complex care down the road. I may walk in with apprehension, but I always walk out feeling cared for. They're great!
After waiting a week for pain to subside after biting down on a hard nut, the pain had not lessened. I decided it was time to check in with our dentist. I phoned expecting it would be a few days before I could be seen and I would have been okay with that. Instead, I was asked if I could be there by 10:30am that same morning. He did not see anything that could be causing the pain and suggested it might just still be irritated. Dr K always talks to you as he’s working, so you know exactly what’s happening. The team works well together. You can tell he makes sure everyone is well prepared.
My last visit was a cleaning. If you're looking for a dentist, look no further. I've been a patient since 2004 and find no reason to change dentists. Customer care and cleanliness are important to me, plus all the staff are friendly. Dr. Kennedy is top notch in the care he gives and just as important skills in his profession.
From the time you come in until the time you leave the staff and doctor Kennedy are wonderful. They take the time to make sure you get the best care and treatment. It feels great to trust my dentist (and all of the staff) completely.
