Great customer service and tons of compassion. I had a run in with Oral & Neck Cancer and had to have radiation and chemo treatments. The treatment can play havoc on your teeth, and I trust the staff at North Shore Family Dentistry to navigate me through this process. They are the BEST!!
Honestly one of the best hygienist experiences I’ve had; she was really good!& I’ve had quite a few especially after working in the field myself for 12 years. Very thorough cleaning; overall it was a very friendly and professional visit. Even provided me with a blanket knowing how cold the AC blows while I was in my summer clothes. Will be making my husbands and daughters cleaning appointments here as well! 👍😁
Dr. Katelyn and her assistant made my 11 year old and I feel so comfortable. They were friendly, understanding, and professional. We weren't kept waiting and their bedside manner was exactly what the world needs right now. Thank you! Even the receptionist went above and beyond for us allowing us to get in on such short notice. My daughter had a painful cavity that needed addressed with medicine ASAP. I would definitely recommend this place 100 %!
I had a bad tooth that needed pulling and got an appointment quickly. I went to my appt and they were very professional and showed genuine concern for my problem. Got me preped and got that bad tooth out fast. Made sure there was as little pain as possible. I will definitely be returning here for the rest of my treatments. Thank you.
Outstanding service. I haven’t had my teeth cleaned in a few years and the staff were fantastic. Very knowledgeable and patient doctors, willing to answer any questions I had. I would recommend this place to everyone. Thanks!
