I absolutely do not recommend North Shore Family Dentistry. I had had a surface cavity for several years. My old dentist in Raleigh recommended I had it fixed but I kept postponing it. Eventually a dentist at North Shore told me to floss a lot and I won’t need a filling. It sounded stupid to me but ok. 6 months go by and during my next visit the dentist was telling me all about the type of filling I have (she called it overlay) and how it’s not being done anymore (not true) and that I need a crown. They gave me about $2,500 ... read more
The service was amazing! I haven't been to a dentist in a very long time, but started having cavity pain. Went on Tuesday for xrays, went on Wednesday for cleaning, and was able to get my 3 out 4 teeth filled. Every person from the front desk to both doctors, to hygienist, to every person I came in contact made me feel welcome. Best place ever, wish all doctors offices are like this one.

Great customer service and tons of compassion. I had a run in with Oral & Neck Cancer and had to have radiation and chemo treatments. The treatment can play havoc on your teeth, and I trust the staff at North Shore Family Dentistry to navigate me through this process. They are the BEST!!
Honestly one of the best hygienist experiences I’ve had; she was really good!& I’ve had quite a few especially after working in the field myself for 12 years. Very thorough cleaning; overall it was a very friendly and professional visit. Even provided me with a blanket knowing how cold the AC blows while I was in my summer clothes. Will be making my husbands and daughters cleaning appointments here as well! 👍😁
