Emergency Root Canal Just left Saddleback Dentistry after having an emergency root canal performed. I can honestly say " I was laughing in the middle of the procedure"!!! These are scary times for all of us with the COVID-19 outbreak. Dr. Conkle and his staff were terrific. They clearly have patient safety as number one priority. Dental Implant First appt in the process of getting a dental implant. Staff was friendly as always and got me in without wait. Efficient and sensitive to my concerns , answered all questions. Feel extremely comfortable, been a client here for over 26 years. My complete trust !!!
Extremely high-quality service professional and friendly office Great atmosphere and air among the staff! It makes you want to work there. This office must have great leadership. Shout out to Varina the RDH she has hands like a velvet-covered steam roller never my teeth cleaned so well and painless. She needs a raise Dr. Garcia definitely a keeper.

First time at this practice Dr. Conkle and Guillermo gave me excellent treatment and were very friendly, professional and thorough. They were very attentive to giving service without discomfort. The office is very clean and well outfitted with modern equipment. I would have given them 5 stars except for the grumpy receptionist checking me in. I mentioned it and was told that she would be given some additional training. This was my first time coming to this practice and I would return.

Professionalism is evident from the start. The staff is well-trained in the nuances of customer service which is most often lacking in medical settings. The approach to my dental problems was excellent and thorough, and covered every issue had hoped for, including costs.. I am genuinely well-impressed.
