Dr. Chan is very caring and explains/addresses any concerns. Margie provides great patient care is very thorough with every cleaning. I actually look forward to my 6 month cleanings. I also appreciate the reasonable pricing for self-pay patients and the quality of care they provide. 10/10 recommend
I had a slight emergency situation and Dr Chan really went above and beyond to accommodate me. I felt valued as a patient and he was very thorough. Turns out it wasnt really an emergency situation afterall. Thank you very much for being so kind and seeing me immediately. I appreciate your patience with me!
Dr. Chan and his dental assistant, Jill have all the qualities you want for your dental needs. They are meticulous, gentle, assuring and explain everything they are doing. So glad I found them!
The staff provided excellent care, were nice to talk to and made a very comfortable visit. They were able to provide fillings to several chipped teeth with short notice while visiting Phoenix from out of country. Both myself and my dentist back home agreed the quality of the fillings were well done, and the colour was a great match. Highly recommend for the great staff and professional work done.
I stopped going here because every time I went, I was told that I had to have fillings removed and refilled (this has never happened in 40 years). The last time I was told that I had to have another filling removed, I went and got a second and third opinion because I thought something didn't seem right. To this day (years) later, I am still cavity free.....I even pointed out to both dentists which tooth it was, and they both said it was fine.
