His whole staff is just amazing. Dr. Williams is very caring and gentle when he works. He tries to make the procedure as painless as he can. He calms all your fears and anxiety. His nurses are wonderful! They try to reassure you. I just can't say enough good things about this dr and his staff!
Perfect as always
I was very scared to go to Dr. Williams on 2-1-2021 but I knew I had to go in. I had a very bad experience with a dentist and haven't been back to one since. However that changed yesterday with my visit to Dr. Williams! He and his staff are amazing! He listens to his patients. He and his staff truly care even about past experiences. Today I came in for my twice-a-year teeth cleaning. It was a nice, even fun experience! Megan did a thorough job of checking for cavities or receding gums. Then she carefully cleaned any stains off my teeth and polished them. Megan is very professional and efficient, and does a great service. Luckily today, my teeth/gums were fine and no cavities! Dr Timothy D. Williams always does a great job with my dental work . Had all my implants and crowns done with Dr Williams recently. He is highly-skilled in his dentistry work. He gives thorough explanations before performing each step of the treatment procedures. Definitely trusted Dr Williams to provide me his best! Dr. Williams discussed every aspect of my situation and what options I would have. Together we made a decision based on all of those facts. He was kind, compassionate and very understanding.
Dr. Williams did a great job explaining what he was doing throughout the procedure. My appointment ran long but I was grateful that he took the time needed to ensure my teeth were healthy. It was a sacrifice of time for him to do so and I was thankful. He also called me in the evening to make sure I was doing ok. I appreciated the thoughtful gesture.
