Alex is a nice young man who will fill Chris's shoes nicely. He's easy going so makes you feel at ease. He allows you time to ask questions and explains things thoroughly. Only been to him twice so don't know him well enough to give him 5 stars. He has to earn that fifth star which I'm sure he will. I'd recommend him.
