High Quality Service I was referred to them by my mother, and I can easily see why she keeps going back. The staff is very friendly and caring, makes sure that you are knowledgeable about the services you are present for, and maintains their office very well. It's clean, professional, and welcoming.

As many others, I do not look forward to dental appointments. The staff at the office front desk are routinely cheerful, helpful, and long in patience and endurance in dealing with insurance companies. Marie, my hygienist, could not be more pleasant or accommodating of my quirks. Overall, my experience has been as good psychologically as it is possible. The actual dental work has been excellent. Absolutely amazing customer service The receptionist was very polite and even funny! The dental assistant was also very polite and made me a lot more comfortable about the whole visit. And lastly, the dentist himself was very clean and to the point, answered all my questions, and was quite nice! Not to mention the office itself is conveniently located and looks very professional and welcoming. They have a beautiful staff. Super friendly and professional! I have always had really good experiences at Aurora Family Dentistry. My hygienist is awesome, and all the dentists and the receptionist are super friendly. I originally went to Aurora Family Dentistry because of a recommendation from a family member, but since my first visit I have discovered several of my coworkers also go here. Great atmosphere and I would highly recommend to anyone!
