On time, greeted by name and made to feel welcome. Exam room was checked for readiness by staff and I was taken in immediately. I use a wheelchair, but was easily accommodated and would have been assisted if necessary. Settled comfortably. Asked for listening preferences, type of music or none at all.. Exam was done with care, efficiency, professionalism and thoroughness. Doctor was called and checked after cleaning. My next appointment was scheduled easily and I was done. Could not have been better.
I need to have complete restoration using implants due to a medical condition. Dr. G was the only dentist I found (after visiting 4 other offices) who is taking the time to hear my concerns and offer practical and well-informed advice. He remembers me from one visit to the next, and he and his staff are amazingly supportive. So glad I found this office.
As always I had a very satisfactory visit. Hollie is by far the best hygienist I have ever had. It was also nice to see Dr. Matt who is always kind and pleasant. I can’t recommend Champlain Smile Solutions highly enough!

These folks at Smiles Solution are wonderful. The office is exceptionally friendly, helpful and very clean. Dr. Giulianelli is very diligent about explaining everything he is doing, before, during and after procedures. He's easy to talk to, understands the issues and goes beyond to achieve results that satisfy. A++ on every level.

Excellent, as usual. The dental technician, Hollie Patenaude, was efficient, thorough, and friendly. She gave me a pain-free cleaning, frequently checking throughout to be sure I was comfortable. Dr. Giulianelli did an oral checkup afterwards, in his professional and friendly manner. I'm very pleased with this dental practice, and would willingly recommend it to friends.
