Caroline did a great job and is such a pleasant person to spend the hour with.

Everyone was so helpful and nice. Dr. Ma was so kind. He matched my tooth exactly to the color of my teeth. I am trying to get used to the tooth. It is hard trying to keep my toung off of the back of the tooth because it is very funny feeling still to me because it is scratchy feeling and the rest of mt teeth feel smooth. Dr. Ma explained to me that my teeth were small (not very high or wide) and that was how my crown was made but if he had to add some more to it just give him a call. I was worried about pain I was feeling in my teeth on Friday morning and afraid that it would escalate over the weekend. When I called they were so understanding and fit me about an hour later. I am grateful for the convenience and not to have waited the entire weekend.
My usual hygienist is Caroline and she was out, so I had Tracey/she was great and very attentive to my needs. Caroline had actually called me the previous day to see if I wanted to re-schedule.! She goes above and beyond always! I am sure she also informed Tracey of my issues., as Tracey made sure all was well I was very satisfied as always. BTW: the team of Jessica and Heather is dynamite. they are a customer service model. See you all soon.
