Kim was simply wonderful and very informative and I could not have felt more relaxed. Too often people take the time to complain and not commend, so when I receive exemplary service I feel it is important to let the person know so that they realize their efforts are noticed and appreciated. Dr. Clayton is wonderful!
My entire family (including kids) has been going to Dr. Clayton for 7 years now and have always been met with a very professional, friendly and caring staff. Kim is a very thorough yet gentle hygenist; Marcy (office manager) is well-organized and always helpful with my insurance company's claims processing and the office itself is quite pleasant & state-of-the-art. No matter who I see they are courteous and professional and funny (who knew?). Great staff!!
Dr. Clayton is really great at explaining the complex dental stuff in easy to understand terms, and his staff is a fantastic, well oiled machine that really knows what they're doing. He has reasonable prices and works with my dental insurance to make sure everything is as reasonably priced as it can be. I live in Atlanta and drive 45 minutes to see him, he's worth every minute of the drive!
