The entire team is very customer centric. Great experience everytime and I have been a very long standing customer. They continue to exceed my expectations.
I had a crown that popped off for no apparent reason. I was able to get a quick appointment which was important to me. On going into the office everyone made me feel welcome and more a friend than a patient. The procedure was explained before begining, and asked my input on treatment. There was no reason for the crown to come off and they stood behind their product and service and didn't charge me for putting the crown back on -- quite unexpected and very much appreciated.
I love my dentist! Dr. Priluck and his staff always make sure I feel comfortable in their care and confident that I'm getting the absolute best care and that I understand all the options available! I drive halfway across Atlanta to see them and never regret the drive!I recommend them to everyone because I value the teams committment to my care.
Friendly staff! I appreciate the amount of info that was given. Everything was explained in common terms versus Doctor terminology.
