I had not met Janet before and found her to be pleasantly sincere and soft spoken and very clear about what I needed to do. She wrote down the things to check with my daughter's insurance that we needed to know to see what it was going to cover as a new patient. I liked her a lot---I had also talked to on the phone. Very understanding person.

EVERYONE was polite, helpful and delightful to work with. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in.
