My first visit was excellent. On time, friendly staff & very informative. Highly recommend!
Was a little upset to be going to a new dentist in all my years, but found it to be a GREAT experience. Won't be as anxious for my next visit. Keep up the good work and I shall return for more work!
Very appreciative of the helpful and supportive administrative staff. My Dental Hygienist, Katie, was professional and thorough; I felt at ease and as though my care was very important to her. Dr. DePalma (wife) welcomed me and explained the results of my exam in such a way as to be easily understood. Everyone I encountered had superb communication skills and I left feeling well cared for. I had extensive dental work done and Dr.Mike was very compassionate and explained everything up front. I have my smile back and would highly recommend DePalma dental for your dental needs.
Went in for a consult for a new upper partial. Did not have to wait to be taken back.The staff were very friendly to deal to deal with. Everything that they did was explained to me. After having x rays were done Dr. Mike came in and explained all of my options. Will be back very soon to have my new partial done.
I suffer from EXTREME dental anxiety and this office has been SO accommodating. Dr. Erin is so wonderful and patient with me. I am having an extensive amount of work done, and she has worked with me carefully to craft a plan to get my smile back. The patience and care she has shown is so wonderful. I drive a solid hour to get to this office and it is worth every mile. I can't wait to show off my smile when this is done!!!
I am very satisfied with the service here. Went in a bit nervous to have an implant started. Dr. DePalma was great. He did everything to make me feel comfortable and carefully explained everything as he worked on my mouth. Procedure went much better than I expected and I would recommend Depalma Dental to everyone.
Was able to be seen as soon as I arrived. Doctor Depalma was very thorough, gentle, and precise. So far so good.
