Jennifer was very thorough throughout the cleaning process..She pointed out what I had to work on and the importance of using the water pick. I also like the messaging of openings when you miss an appointment do to an illness. I had the flu for two weeks and had to cancel three plus weeks ago..
Everything was perfect, as usual. Great cleaning experience.
