From the moment I stepped into the office, I felt welcomed and cared for. I was nervous getting a Frenectomy for my son done and I wore my emotions on my sleeve. Dr. Yoshioka and Pony took such good care of us and addressed all of our concerns right off the bat. Very professional, yet friendly environment. My cleanings are with Dr. Yoshioka himself. He is personable and kind. He ask questions regarding my personal health and shows an interest in me personally. I have issues getting numb and he takes whatever measures are necessary to keep me comfortable when I have had issues that needed to be addressed. It was a great experience. Dr Yoshioka was so careful with his body mechanics, so aware of my lips, my sensitive spots. I liked the little extras, like the suction devise that fit into my cheek and the hot towel at the end.
Very friendly from meeting the receptionist to being cared for by the doctor. Both were professional, but pleasant and made the appointment like visiting with friends. Dr. Y's checkup was thorough and complete. The lovely Hawaiian music playing in the background added an air of peacefulness.
Your office is the best in Sonoma, County! Laser dentistry is absolutely the cutting edge, where fillings are done removing only the decay and not the good portion of the tooth. Procedures are painless which is great for children. I strongly recommend Dr. Bradd (who is also a very kind person) for your next dentist visit.
