The office is following mask guidelines & surface cleaning for any surface the patient comes in contact with. As a patient , I am always greeted upon arrival and seen promptly based upon my appointment time. Staff explain process steps and affirm patient understanding. The treatment plan is explained along with any other options. Front desk personnel are knowledgeable about insurance coverage and seek to resolve any coverage gaps to assist the patient
As always, Dr. Caceres was great. Going to the dentist is never a pleasant thought but him and his staff are as comforting, understanding and professional as they could be. Lawanna, the hygienist is also fantastic. No complaints at all.
