Wonderful experience.... I was super nervous... 20 years since last dentist appointment. Did not scold me or make me feel bad. Helped me with my problem very professionally with courtesy. No big sales pitch. Very friendly and helpful. I will go back soon
Dr. Cacetes and his staff are excellent in all aspects. The office definitely works with you and your schedule as well. Dr. Caceres is one of the gentlest and caring dentist I’ve ever been too. His techs are really special and knowledgeable too. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
I was heartbroken when I heard he had left his previous location. But luckily I found him again!!! He is gentle, understanding and compassionate. Being a "lily liver" sitting in a dentist chair is the last place I want to be, but I know I'm in good hands with Dr. Caceres and his staff.
Everyone is exceptional and they provide a very courteous and personable atmosphere that makes patients relaxed and comfortable. The facility is very clean and it contains all state of the art dental equipment for complete dental procedures. Dr. Caceres is a very caring and knowledgeable dentist who explains all aspects of needed current and future dental work and his personal concern and gentle working techniques keeps patients comfortable and relaxed. It took me 15 years & 5 attempts, including UF Dental, to finally find an excellent dentist, not to mention his pleasant & knowledgeable staff.Dr. Caceres' clean & sterile office is equipped with the most current state of the art equipment.He is truly skilled in his profession, thorough & continually applies advanced techniques.He is conscientious & cares about his patients; even plays my favorite Beatles music.I am grateful to Dr. Caceres & his dedicated staff for making my smile amazing again.
