Fast friendly and professional. They care that you are comfortable and make your visit a pleasure to have. You don’t feel rushed and they are spot on with appointment time no waiting for an hour.
I came to this dental practice after having a terrible experience from another provider. From the time I walked in the door, I could tell things would be different. Everyone I encountered from the receptionist, to the dental hygienist/technician, and finally Dr. Bradshaw were friendly, knowledgable, and thorough. Dr. Bradshaw and his staff are wonderful! After having the same dentist for twenty years retire, I had to find somewhere else to go which can be a very unsettling feeling. This office has welcomed me and fit me into their busy schedule. I went to the office today to complete work I had already scheduled, but then decided to add additional scope the day before my appointment and they took care of it all at once saving me trips to the office and helped me avoid what could have been extreme dental pain. My hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth and gave me some tips to help me keep them healthy. She is friendly and through. Always good service!
