I moved an hour and a half away and I still drive to Newport just to see Dr. Scott and his team! This is the best dental office and is worth the drive. Chantel has been cleaning my teeth since 2018 and she is my favorite! She always remembers our conversation from months ago and she just has the sweetest personality. This was a Consultation visit. Scott was very patient and took the time to answer, in detail, any and all of my questions. He offered a number of alternatives to my problem including some where he would not be involved.
I was given a same-day appointment for a semi-emergency procedure which was taken care of in just a few hours. Dr. Loiselle was caring and professional and the staff was amazing.
Once again, and I say this with the highest praise, Dr. Loiselle has done 'yeoman's duty' with my teeth ! A labor intensive job, having worked on 3 teeth, adjacent to each other, needing essentially 4 fillings! He accomplished all this within an hour, and my teeth look beautiful. I have little or no pain; but more importantly, my teeth are being protected from further decay due to aging, health issues and environmental factors. Dr. Loiselle is committed to providing the best care possible. He is intelligent, thoughtful, kind. He considers a situation from all possible views, and gives patients input into their treatment. I could not imagine a better dentist than Dr. Loiselle. It's a pleasure to be his patient.
Ever since my husband and I started seeing Dr. Loiselle we really look forward to going to the dentist! That is why my family thinks I'm a bit crazy, but 'Dr. Scott' is definitely worth the drive from the Salem area to Newport. Today was just a cleaning, and we didn't get a chance to see Scott, but Chantelle, Mike, and Kayla are all worth the trip, too. Dr Loiselle worked on my two front teeth and made them look outstanding!!! His work is so excellent and he is so kind and gentle. The staff is the best too!!!
