A dental office not to be feared! From when you enter until your treatment is completed, you'll be cared for professionally and treated politely. Their work is done thoroughly while always making sure you'll leave feeling comfortable. A very knowledgeable and caring staff!!
A well thought out dental practice. This is a well thought out dental practice, meeting the needs of patients; a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The only thing that could make it better would be to have Saturday hours. I do recommend this dental practice.
Denture emergency I have always been treated quickly and courteously by the staff at Heritage. A solution has always been come to with great satisfaction.
Always feel pampered! So feeling pampered and going to the dentist don't usually go together but at Heritage they do! Everyone is very nice, yet professional, friendly yet down to business. I feel that I am getting state of the art dental care AND pampering care with the warm neck pillow, parafin wax treatment for my hands, beautiful scenery on the screen, etc. I always see Dr. Beth, no matter how busy she is. Excellent service as usual Thank you so much to Dr. Beth, Kristen Rosie and all of the staff at a Heritage dental. From the moment I walk in to the moment I walk out I am always treated with care and respect and gentleness. Everyone is caring And understanding of what great customer service really is. I have never had anything less then a stellar experience and I don't mind going to the dentist anymore.
Routine cleaning appointment I had a very pleasant experience at my cleaning appointment with Ashley. She was wonderful and took the time to explain everything and to make recommendations. The office is welcoming and friendly. I appreciate the efforts to create a relaxing, clean atmosphere for patients.
Best Dental Experience Ever! My experience was top quality starting from my first phone call. I needed guidance if my insurance plan was covered, after calling several other dentists in my health plan network who never took the time to even research. I call Heritage Dental. I was greeted by a friendly staff member who took the time to research my plan, call me back as promised and was able to help me. Dental Cleaning Heritage Dental is fantastic! They are consistently focused on the patient comfort and overall positive dental experience. The feeling is so good it makes you want to go to the dentist more often. Although you cant go wrong with any member of the team Ashley is great.
Routine Cleaning I have to go every 3 months for a routine cleaning due to gum issues. My hygienist is Ashley. She is the only person that cleans my teeth and never hurts me. My gums are extremely sensitive. She is the best!!!
