Dentist is five star... I think the Dr. Day is a phenomenal dentist. So my frustration is with the administrative staff...and perhaps its not even the staff. For me I do not like bureaucracy. I was told "the system doesnt allow that" or "unfortunately that is not possible with the system we have." I would like for the staff to be able to customize "the system" or maybe even override "the system" when needed. Minor frustrations because really Dr. Day is one of the very best!
A Warm Welcome Back After delaying for too long a visit with Dr. Day and his team, I was welcomed back as though I was a member of their 'family'. As I anticipated, I received courteous and professional service, and I look forward to scheduling more timely follow-up visits in the future.
