Always a professional yet pleasant experience.
My first visit was a very positive experience. I felt that Dr. Moss specifically addressed my concerns and explained how they could be addressed. The imaging and x-ray equipment in the office was very up-to-date and helped me to visualize the details of the problem that had brought me to his office. I am the world's biggest chicken and in being so, my teeth deteriorated severely. I had to have 13 teeth pulled and top and bottom partials put in. Dr Moss (#3 as he put it) was magnificent! He made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. He had to coax the teeth out because most were broken off at the gumline. I felt nothing! I will need restorative work done on the remaining teeth but I won't be the slightest bit concerned. I recommend this whole staffing crew there! Fast appointment when in pain ( twice, 2 years apart!). Clear communication and follow up. As great as an emergency dental visit can be.
Dr. Moss is extremely professional and patient. He filled two cavities for me today, and he was so gentle I honestly could not feel a thing! Not even the shot of novacaine! His friendly demeanor puts you at ease, and makes you forget you are at the dentist! His entire staff is also so welcoming and friendly, they made me feel very comfortable right off the bat!

First encounter with Dr. Moss, DDS was superb. I’m one of those people who are deathly afraid of the dentist. Had a frightening experience as a child and it still lives with me today. I’m undergoing major dental work right now and Dr. Moss puts me at ease, there is no judgment from him or his staff. Their kind , patient and compassionate.
