My only suggestion is that when doing an X-tip procedure to give the person a head's up to anticipate accelerated heartbeat and perhaps wait until the episode passes before resuming work. The rapid heartbeat really scared me because I wasn't expecting it and thought something was really wrong, which was difficult to communicate because my mouth was full of tools plus the snorkel.
