Staff is very friendly.
I always find my experience pleasant. The one and only drawback is they are located in downtown Lake Geneva so parking can be a pain during peak tourist season
From Sarah, to Dr. Mark, to Johanna, every individual that I worked with took time to get to know me as a person. As anxious as I was to begin, I was comforted during each phase of my visit. The individuals in this office know the true meaning of service all while giving an exceptional level of care. I look forward to my next visit.

When I was told what work I needed, no one discussed fees for my treatment.so I am unaware as to costs at this time. So someone dropped the ball there. What is your usual procedure for this? I know I need core and E max crown on #30 and OL composite on #31. Was told this by Dr Jaymie. Both she and Kristi were great! I am a retired RDH, so know these things.
