I had my first crown ever today. Honestly, I was a bit nervous (very nervous) but to my surprise, Dr. Taylor and her assistant did everything to make me feel comfortable. I had no pain and just hearing Dr. Taylor talk everything through made me feel more relaxed and confident that all was going to be ok……and it was! Thank you Dr. Taylor, all the staff and the two sweet receptionists for making this a better experience than I ever hoped it would be.
Dr Taylor is the best! She provides excellent care and serves as a model to her staff. My recent experience with Kara, Josh, Ashley and others reflected Dr Taylor’s emphasis on the best in patient care. Thanks to all of them.
Love Taylor Denistry!! Everyone is so friendly, professional and customer focused. Chandler always greets you with a big smile and kind word. Cara is an excellent hygienist! Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Torres and was impressed!! She demonstrates the same communication, client education and thoroughness that I have always valued in Dr. Taylor and has become a standard in her office. She is a wonderful addition to the team!!
Dr. Taylor is everything you want in a dentist: Thorough, competent, compassionate, and an excellent communicator. She involves you in decision making after giving you the options. I’d give her 10 stars on a five-star rating scale!
The experience from beginning to end is always great. The front lobby is so nice and makes you feel at ease. The front office staff are always friendly, efficient, and prompt. Cara (Dental Hygienist) is always so fun to be around. She's smart, funny, knowledgeable, down to earth, and really passionate about oral health. Everything about being a client of Taylor dentistry is excellent from the reception by the staff at the front desk, to calls for follow-up or offering earlier appointments if they have a cancellation. Dr. Taylor takes all the anxiety out of dental care with her attentive, caring, cooperative care in the dental chair. Dental problems always occur on a weekend when offices are closed. When my crown came off, Dr Taylor’s staff responded immediately with ways I could relieve pain and prevent damage. I was given an appointment on Monday after the weekend. The care I received at that time was excellent, personalized and not rushed despite their busy schedule. I always know I’ll receive the best professional care because Dr Taylor sets the tone for everyone in the office.
