Instead of taking repeated wax impressions to get the contours of my new teeth right, the technician ran a camera over my mouth repeatedly, fine-tuning it for perfect results. It was a very long process and my body got stiff, but they accommodated the need to get up partway through and take a brief break. I was in for a tooth cleaning. I was seen on time, made comfortable, and the cleaning proceeded step by step, with the hygienist explaining each step. Then I had a consultation about my upcoming need for a bridge and crown in my lower jaw. I was told then that I had been too careful not to disturb the implants the oral surgeon put in; go ahead and treat the temporary side teeth like normal teeth. I just love how this practice is personable, proficient, and puts their patients first.The entire office is clean and organized as are the treatment rooms. The front staff is always friendly and knows the patients by name.When it comes to treatment it’s assuring to know it will be pain free, the hygienist is knowledgeable and informative and always makes sure you are comfortable before proceeding.
