Timely professional help was provided even though I did not have an appointment. I had an exigency when a crown came off of my #31 molar. Dr. Fugate cleaned the gold crown and re-cemented it as needed. I was very appreciative since my exigency impacted the dental practice on a busy Friday.
Professional & Friendly As always I was seen promptly & given a very thorough cleaning & exam including discussing a problem with the doctor. He had a suggestion for me that I will probably try. The staff is efficient & knowledgeable.
Excellent place to go I have been going to Vonore Dental Practice for about 9 years. My first visit was as a new patient with an emergency. I called, they didn't know me, but fit me in the next day. They fixed the chipped tooth and worked on a cap that I had been having chronic pain with for 16 months (the dentist that put it in just never seemed to be able to fix it). Fixed loose crown over implant Very efficient, competent service provided by Dr Fugate. I learned information about the implant and why the crown came loose. It was fixed quickly and painlessly within a short amount of time.
Just What Was Needed, Just in Time A crown popped out yesterday, and Dr. Fugate was able to squeeze me in first thing this morning. He was quickly able to get the crown back in, with the promise that it would get me through the holiday and that we'd get it fixed permanently after that. Going to the dentist is never fun, but these folks always make it as good as it can be.
User Friendly I was trying to work in a Dental Appointment before the end of the year. I didn't have an appointment scheduled but they worked with me in the event that there may be some cancellations. I was able to get worked in to the schedule and had excellent service while I was there. Everyone there is so nice and friendly. It helps to have a nice smile in a dental office!
On time and cost effective with options Great to hear options and know we made the right choice. I love it that they are always on time for appointment.
