Your service is excellent. You considered my needs in appointment scheduling. There was not a great deal of paperwork that I had to fill out and you understand my insurance.
I've been seeing Dr. Biederman and the hygienists at Aurora Family Dentistry since I came to Alaska 30 years ago. It's always a great experience. No waiting. Friendly, gentle, and competent. Everything a dentist and his staff should be!
This was an annual dental cleaning and examination. The dental hygienist was thorough and reasonably gentle. She communicated professionally all the dental details appropriate and was also socially appropriate. There was a specific issue that she offered her understanding of. My 8 year olds son first visit to the dentist and he was a little nervous. It went smoothly and he woke up this morning saying I need to brush and floss my teeth! That is a big deal! Thank you!
Paul is a trusted friend and professional who always takes care of me as a patient. Melissa was a great assistant and very pleasant - just listened to Paul, Laurie and I chit -chat a little :)
I switched to Aurora Dental several years ago (when it was under a different name) and really love their customer service. The hygenist I see is awesome but then they are probably all awesome and I've only seen this one. Highly recommend this dental practice. Very professional, the insurance billing is done right, and the appointment reminders are very helpful.
