Office staff, assistant, and dentists were all friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. I was able to get in quickly. The online forms made being a new patient easy. Everyone was so helpful and kind. I really felt like they cared about me as a patient. They took the time to make sure I understood my options so there would be no surprises. Great experience!

I chose an excellent rating because of the very positive atmosphere in the office. I have not experience having to wait an extended length of time; if I have questions, they are answered promptly;before the procedure is started an explanation is given for the office visit.Every effort is made to assure that one is comfortable!
Every person from the receptionist, to the assistant, to the dentist was kind, caring, and very competent! That relaxed me a LOT! I didn't feel anyone was forcing unneeded work on me, but being conservative doing what was necessary. I would very highly recommend Aurora on Fireweed to anyone with dental anxiety (like me) and to anyone who wants the very finest medical care.
Marie did her usual fine job of cleaning my teeth, and Jaimie did the exam. Both girls were very pleasant and professional. Caryl at the front desk took care of checking my insurance plan and scheduling my next appointment. In and out in an hour. Great service
